Permit
If you are 18 or older, you do not need to get a permit before going for the road est. Applying for a Class-D License
Before taking the road test, you will need the following:
Proof of Identification (Foreign Passport with I-94 is acceptable),
Proof of Name Change (if applicable),
Proof of ND Residency,
Proof of Social Security Number.
